MSK-180-N is a precision semi-automatic die cutter for pouch cell electrode sheets (Max. 200mm L x 200mm W).

It is an updated version of MSK-180 with more stability and better accuracy at reducing the burrs and powder-shedding of the electrode sheets.

This device uses a cylinder to achieve the single piece punching process of the electrode sheet We can provide various shapes of cutting dies according to customer requirements, in order to achieve the molding and die-cutting of battery electrode pieces of different sizes.

Features:

1. Cylinder driven, with adjustable cutting force and cutting speed;

2. Equipped with precision upper and lower pressure plates and high-performance cutting tools to ensure die-cutting accuracy;

3. Die cut products have small burrs and less powder loss;

4. Comes standard with a set of positive and negative electrode blade molds, and the shape of the molds can be customized according to customer requirements;

5. Digital adjustment of die-cutting depth (cutting amount);

6. The number of die-cutting cycles can be automatically counted;

7. Design a drawer style feeding and safety light curtain interlocking combination to further ensure operational safety;
